Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Refunds
Refunds are only issued for:
- Items that arrive damaged
- Incorrect items sent

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
